Bank withdrawals can take 3-7 working days to be seen on the client’s bank account. Credit/debit card withdrawals can take up to 8 working days to be seen on the client’s card account.
Yes, you can. However, at the moment of the transfer from trading account to Wallet, your free margin must exceed the requested amount. Free margin is calculated as equity minus the necessary margin (which is required to maintain an open position). If you do not have sufficient free margin on your trading account, a transfer from trading account to Wallet will not be executed until you submit the correct amount of transfer and/or close the open positions on your account. Withdrawal from the Wallet can be requested any time.
GivTrade’s policy is to process withdrawals via the same method that you used to deposit. For example, if you deposited using a credit card, the card will be credited with the amount equal to the deposit amount. Upon request, we can send any profits via other payment methods under your name.

Yes, you can give authority to another person to trade from your account on your behalf (a limited power of attorney). Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you with setting this up.
You will need to notify our Customer Service team in writing, either from your registered email address or by post, to our registered office address. You can set Stop Loss and Take Profit orders with no limits on all account types. SL and TP orders will still be active, even if your computer is switched off. However, be cautious as on market open and close, or during important economic news or announcements, gap or slippage may occur, which means your Stop Loss OR Take Profit limit order price may differ, affected by gap or slippage. Please refer to our Glossary for further details.
Our margin call is 100%, and our stop out levels are 30%. Your account may be subject to a margin call if your account equity falls to a level that is equal to the margin of your existing positions. For example, you have open positions of a total of 1 lot on EURUSD. The margin to hold these positions is 1000 USD. When you opened the account, you had a 2000 USD equity on your account. When the position starts to move against you and your account equity falls to 1000 USD, you will have a margin call. But your position will not be closed yet. When your account equity falls to 30% of the required margin, then the system starts to close your positions immediately. If, while closing the positions, your account equity reaches back a level of more than 50% of the required margin, all other positions will remain open.

Yes, the trading conditions are the same. However, please note that demo accounts operate in a simulated environment which means that no slippage occurs whereas price updates might differ from live accounts.
An account may get archived under certain conditions. If the account balance is equal or less than 5 USD and there were no login attempts to the trading platform or no trading activity, no open positions and no withdrawals or deposits made for at least 120 days, then the account will be automatically deactivated and archived by the system and it will no longer be visible in the ‘my portal’ area. Any balance will be transferred to the wallet. If you wishes to reactivate your account, you can contact Customer Services.
You can find your account balance and trading history in the MetaTrader 5 platform. The account balance can also be seen in your ‘my portal’ area.
